Terms of Use

These terms cover the website. The agreement that governs actual work is the signed proposal, and where the two differ, the proposal wins.

01Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by TheGradleW Technologies, a subsidiary of Antra Enterprises, at KN135MINB, Neel Matha, Malak Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India. Udyam registration UDYAM-UP-50-0280551. GSTIN 09CPBPD9064H1ZS.

Questions about these terms go to admin@thegradlew.com.

02What the content is for

Everything published here — service descriptions, guides, checklists, engineering notes and indicative prices — is general information. It is not technical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Do not make a procurement or engineering decision on the basis of a page on this site without talking to someone, here or elsewhere.

03The rate card and starting prices

We publish starting prices because hiding them wastes everyone's first call. A figure shown as "from" is the entry point for the simplest version of that work — it is a starting point for a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance.

A binding price exists only in a written proposal that names your scope, is signed, and is dated. Starting prices assume a straightforward scope, exclude taxes, third-party licences and infrastructure costs, and rise with requirements, timeline and integration complexity.

04Demonstration applications

Several pages host working demonstrations. They exist so you can judge our work by using it rather than by reading about it.

  • The data inside them is invented. Names, numbers, transactions, patients, orders and messages are fabricated sample data and do not describe any real person, organisation or event.
  • Integrations are simulated. Where a demonstration shows a payment, an SMS, an email, a KYC check or a model call, nothing is actually sent or charged — it is a local mock, and the demonstration says so.
  • They are not production software, carry no warranty, and must not be used for real work or real data.
  • They run in your browser and store their state there. Clearing site data resets them.

05Intellectual property

The text, design, code, diagrams and brand marks on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print, quote with attribution, and circulate the guides internally. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, resell them, or use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing in technology lists belong to their respective owners and are used to describe tools we work with, not to claim affiliation.

06What we claim, and what we do not

We describe capabilities we have. We do not publish client names, logos, testimonials or project metrics unless the client has given permission, which is why you will not find them here.

Where a product of ours is still in development, the page says so. Where something is a concept rather than a shipped system, the page says that too.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or its demonstrations, including business loss, lost profits or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability for actual engagements is dealt with in the signed proposal, which takes precedence over this page.

09Which document governs

If you engage us, the signed proposal and its annexures are the agreement. They cover scope, price, payment terms, acceptance, change requests, intellectual property assignment, confidentiality and support. Where the proposal and this page disagree, the proposal governs.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
