The challenge
The most important thing we build isn't a well or a toilet block. It's the village committee that maintains it, the youth group that runs the library, the women's collective that negotiates with the local government.
We support communities to map their own needs, plan their own projects and hold their own institutions accountable. Our goal is always to make ourselves unnecessary.
How we work
- Participatory village planning and local committees
- Clean water, sanitation and waste-management infrastructure
- Disaster preparedness and rapid relief response
- Youth leadership fellowships
